Accessibility at Para-Storm Fest
Last Updated: August 28, 2026
Para-Storm Fest seeks to give people with disabilities an equal opportunity to participate in the festival and use this website. We welcome requests for reasonable modifications, effective communication, and practical assistance with an access barrier. This page explains how to contact the festival team; it does not promise that a particular service, route, seat, parking space, interpreter, or modification has already been arranged.
Request event accessibility assistance
Email team@para-stormfest.net and describe the access barrier, communication need, or modification you are requesting. Include a preferred way to contact you and only the information needed to evaluate the request. Please contact us as early as practical so the organizer and venue can review available options and discuss an effective alternative when the first requested option is not available.
Requests are reviewed individually. Availability, timing, safety requirements, venue conditions, and whether a proposed change would fundamentally alter the event or create an undue burden may affect the response. Applicable legal rights are not limited by this notice.
Report a website accessibility problem
If a page, form, CAPTCHA, ticketing step, image, video, or control is difficult to use, email team@para-stormfest.net. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or alternative that would help.
If the Google reCAPTCHA in an application does not work, use the same email address for application help. If a linked third-party checkout or merchandise service creates a barrier, tell us which step failed so we can review the available contact or purchasing alternative.
Website approach
The site is maintained with keyboard access, visible focus, semantic headings and landmarks, text alternatives, form labels and errors, reduced-motion support, responsive reflow, and accessible dialog behavior as engineering targets. Automated checks cannot replace manual testing or establish legal compliance, so accessibility problems should still be reported.
Accessibility preferences
The floating Accessibility Preferences control offers optional display, reading, navigation, motion, image, and sound adjustments for this first-party website. Preferences are stored only in this browser and can be reset at any time. They supplement the site's semantic source code, keyboard support, testing, and individual assistance; they do not make every third-party service accessible and do not by themselves guarantee WCAG conformance or legal compliance.
The preferences panel deliberately remains visually stable while adjustments are active. Linked ticketing, merchandise, CAPTCHA, and other third-party interfaces may provide their own accessibility options. Please report a barrier or request an alternative using the contact information above.
Physical event information
Confirmed venue, schedule, admission, parking, route, seating, restroom, communication, and emergency information will be published only after the responsible organizer, venue, or authority verifies it. Contact the festival team before relying on an accommodation or access arrangement that is not yet published.
